Managing Director - David specialises in business development solutions and has worked with clients all over the world. He is an expert in competitive pitching, consultative sales and negotiating. David is also extremely passionate about music. In fact, he is a walking encyclopaedia of artists such as ‘Yes’ and ‘Frank Zappa’.

Director - Nicola specialises in the design and delivery of development solutions for managers and leaders across a wide range of organisations. Her expertise lies in partnering with clients to identify the right development solution; one that’s bespoke and tailored to their specific requirements. She delivers engaging events that help participants develop highly effective management and leadership skills. Living on the coast, she enjoys running or walking with her energetic cocker spaniel and being out on the water with her paddleboard.

Principal Psychologist - As a business psychologist, Tina has vast experience coaching and assessing leaders at senior management level. She works with business leaders who are motivated to make a difference and specialises in leading change, navigating complexity and agile thinking. Tina also consults on talent management strategies for leadership pipeline development and heads up our leadership assessment team. Danish and slightly obsessive about her native country’s architecture, furniture and design, Tina spends a lot of her time creating ‘hoogli’ spaces and painting stuff white.

Chartered Business Psychologist - Coretta is a chartered psycholgist working in the field of leadership assessment, talent and development. She has worked with an impressive range of organisations to design and successfully implement a range of bespoke assessment and development initiatives, team development projects, one-to-one executive coaching, leadership and management development programmes. She loves walking in the Scottish hills with her two naughty terriers.

Senior Leadership Consultant - Tania is an executive coach and group facilitator, supporting business leaders and senior teams to accelerate personal and corporate performance. Taking an outcome-focused and incisive approach, Tania quickly gets to the heart of the matter and is skilful at finding the balance between challenging and supporting her clients to make the necessary changes both at a personal and professional level. Outside work, Tania loves to express her creativity through writing both lyrics and novels and through singing.

Leadership Consultant - Annabel has extensive experience working in senior management roles, within HR in employee relations, policy and strategy formation, employee engagement, L&D and OD. She is highly commercial with a strong customer focus and has worked with clients in retail, financial and professional services, healthcare and not for profit sectors. When not surrounded by flip charts in the training room, she can be found hiking, either in the Bedfordshire countryside with her dogs, or up a hill in the National Parks.

Management Consultant - Ernesto has accumulated more than 20 years of consulting experience in the areas of organisational development, change management and people development. His client experience covers public, private and non-profit organisations both in the UK and abroad and he is a specialist in leadership development and behavioural change. Ernesto is also an accomplished entrepreneur who has set up a number of successful businesses. Originally from Venezuela, Ernesto has been living in the UK since 2003. He is passionate about travelling and has visited more than 52 countries across all continents. When he isn't working or travelling, he is developing his own business ventures or playing with Benji, his Jack Russell puppy.

Business Development Consultant - Mark is an accomplished L&D professional and is particularly skilled in delivering sales and business development solutions. He has extensive international L&D project experience in Europe, the Middle-East, USA and the South Pacific. Mark was fortunate to be invited to join a crew to sail the Atlantic from Boston to Cowes via the Azores aboard Yellow Drama IV (RTYC).

Leadership Consultant - Rebecca has worked as a business psychologist, leadership coach and organisation development consultant for over 20 years.  She brings a systemic perspective to her work with individuals, teams and organisations.  Her approach is inquiry-based, combining both horizontal (skills and knowledge) and vertical (mindset) development, which equips individuals to more easily navigate and thrive in today’s complex, unpredictable and ambiguous world. Rebecca enjoys running, cycling and walking, and living on a smallholding in Devon.

Leadership Consultant - Mel has twenty two years experience in learning & development. As a Leadership Development Consultant and Executive Coach, she facilitates the effective learning of both leaders and teams, resulting in enhanced skills and performance.
Mel has a wealth of experience working in both multinational corporate and public sector environments, driving transformational change through people. Mel lives in Yorkshire with her family. She is a qualified personal trainer and enjoys writing comedy.

Business Development Consultant - Following a career in sales and leadership roles, Matt found his true vocation as a trainer. He has twelve years experience in designing and delivering training in business development skills, as well as communication and influencing skills. He is always keen to work on the research side to develop a deeper understanding of psychology and behaviour to create lasting, positive change. Matt loves history, current affairs, music, theatre, live comedy and film.

Business Development Consultant - Tony has over 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles in financial services. He is passionate about skills-based training for individuals and teams, believing that, “you haven’t got to be sick to get better!” He is known for his passion and high energy when working with leaders to develop high performing teams or improving presentational and consultative sales skills. He is most likely to be found cycling locally in Sussex, or across Europe, often trying to catch up with his two faster daughters.
