Barry Hazelwood

Barry Hazelwood

Non-executive Advisor

Barry brings to bear 25 years’ experience of working with Fortune 500 companies across the globe.

Although retired from full-time work, Barry still works with a small number of key personal clients, such as edoMidas, helping them develop sales and business strategies.

Formerly a senior manager in Huthwaite International, the world’s leading sales and negotiation training consultancy, he brings to bear 25 years’ experience of working with Fortune 500 companies across the globe, helping them improve their sales effectiveness.

In his last working decade, he was Master Trainer to a generation of Huthwaite International Trainers across the world, helping to drive forward the company’s global footprint. He’s worked in countries and cultures far and wide, from North America to China and just about everywhere else in between. Many of his international alumni keep in touch with the man they still see as their mentor and guru.

Happily, Barry is far from guru-like and exercises a healthy cynicism when it comes to what he would call ‘management psychobabble’ and ‘fashionable statements of the patently obvious’.

These days Barry has much more free time to indulge in his twin pastimes of playing reasonable golf and rubbish guitar, the latter locked firmly in the style of the 60s.

Tina is known to be slightly obsessive about Danish furniture design and fiercely guards her Arne Jacobsen Egg Chairs from children with sticky hands and visitors who drink red wine. When Tina is not busy painting everything in her house white, she spends as much time as possible with her husband, teenage daughter and Freddie, the hairy hound!

Niamh Donnellan

Niamh Donnellan

Chartered psychologist

Niamh is a Chartered Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience in applying psychology research and methods to bring about positive changes in organisations.

Her work is primarily focused on assessment for development and selection, and coaching to improve performance and support work transitions.

In her assessment work her expert knowledge of psychometrics ensures she uses the best available evidence based methods to identify strengths and potential. Typically these are then validated in one to one interviews that result in bespoke development plans to make decisions and facilitate real change and growth.

She has had the privilege of working with a wide range of organisations including Ford Motor Co, Tesco Bank, Scottish Prison Service, Weir Group and Children 1st.

She is an active Supervisor of trainee occupational psychologists and is a member of a number of professional bodies including the British Psychological Society, Institute of Personnel and Development and the Career Development Institute.

Outside of work she has just finished a sixth refurbishment project of a period property and knows more than she had ever hoped to about damp proofing and insulation! Tania’s clients know her as being pragmatic, intuitive and great fun to work with, bringing a powerful combination of depth and playfulness to both team and individual development.

Her clients operate in the professional services, financial, charitable, education and communications sectors, and include: Oxfam, Deloitte, RBS, Thomson Reuters, Getty Images, Morgan Stanley, Save the Children, Tesco Bank, Standard Life, Edinburgh University and First State Investments.
