Tania Watson

Tania is an executive coach and group facilitator supporting business leaders and senior teams to accelerate personal and corporate performance.

Taking an outcome focused and incisive approach Tania quickly gets to the heart of the matter and is skilful at finding the balance between challenging and supporting her clients to make the necessary changes both at a personal and professional level. Tania’s clients know her as being pragmatic, intuitive and great fun to work with, bringing a powerful combination of depth and playfulness to both team and individual development.

Her clients operate in the professional services, financial, charitable, education and communications sectors, and include: Oxfam, Deloitte, RBS, Thomson Reuters, Getty Images, Morgan Stanley, Save the Children, Tesco Bank, Standard Life, Edinburgh University and First State Investments.

Especially, and alongside her more practical application to her work, Tania loves writing (lyrics and novels) and singing and is hoping that her emerging confidence to do the latter more publicly will enable the former to be finished with more gusto (and published!).
